🔄 Counter-Notification Process

• A description of the removed content + URL.
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your local federal court.
• Signature.

We’ll forward your Counter-Notice to the claimant and restore content within 10–14 days unless legal action is taken.

For infringing UGC (e.g., gallery submissions tagged #MommasCreates):

• Follow the DMCA process above.
• Repeat infringers’ accounts will be terminated.
